How to make the perfect matcha.

  • SCOOP.

    Start by measuring out 1 or 2 scoops of matcha into a matcha bowl (Chawan) with our bamboo scoop (Chashaku)

  • WHISK.

    Add a small amount of hot (not boiling, max 80°C!) water to the matcha. Use our bamboo whisk (Chasen) to whisk the mixture until it becomes frothy and smooth.

  • ENJOY.

    Adjust the amount of water to your preference for a stronger or lighter taste or add milk and have it latte!
