Our passion for health and well-being led us to create The Matcha Mates. After years of hunting for the best products to kickstart your day, we’re excited to bring you the best of the best to you. Well-being starts with what we consume but grows far beyond that. It’s about the support we give and receive (learnings from our friendship right here! ;) ). Our mission is to nourish our bodies and build a community of encouragement and support, boosting our collective well-being. By taking care of ourselves, we can become the best versions of ourselves and, in turn, better care for others.

We met at 18-year-old, both of us starting college in the same city and instantly clicked. Fast forward a couple of years, we both moved to Madrid for our master’s degrees, and that’s where our joint health journey truly began. Picture us at Bikram yoga, sipping matcha lattes, and dancing our hearts out. Living together in Madrid, we exchanged recipes, insights and shared everything we knew about food and wellness.

To celebrate our 10-year friendship anniversary, we wanted to spread the joy, support, and health benefits we enjoyed together to more people. And just like that, The Matcha Mates was born!
