Subscription Orders

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting us.

To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Refunds

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may be made at our discretion where required by law.
