At The Matcha Mates, we take pride in delivering premium-quality matcha. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
We accept returns for:
- Unopened products in their original packaging.
- Items received damaged or defective.
- Incorrect items sent by us.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
