Recipe: Matcha covered Blueberries
Fresh, juicy blueberries coated in creamy white chocolate infused with premium ceremonial-grade matcha. The natural sweetness of the white chocolate perfectly complements the earthy notes of matcha, creating a delicious bite-sized treat that's both fruity and indulgent.

- 150 g white chocolate
- 1–2 tsp matcha powder (sifted)
- 200 g fresh blueberries, washed and thoroughly dried
- Line a plate or tray with baking paper.
- Melt the white chocolate gently using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Sift in the matcha powder and stir until fully combined.
- Insert a toothpick (tandenstoker) into a blueberry and dip it into the matcha chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Place the coated blueberry onto the prepared baking paper and carefully remove the toothpick.
- Repeat with the remaining blueberries.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely set.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
